Capacity arrives in steps, each one already contracted, confirmed or costed. On-site generation carries the platform from 2027, ahead of the grid tie-in energising in 2028.
Labels are read strictly: contracted, confirmed, costed or under application. Quarters aggregate every step landing in that quarter.
A signed bilateral embedded generation agreement at 210 MWe firm, stepping to 390 MWe under the Modification Application.
A confirmed path to 1,000 MWt across the campuses by 2029, and more beyond. This is what carries the platform ahead of the grid.
A separate substation through the distribution network — the earliest power available on the platform.
Capacity is offered in standard bands rather than by bespoke quote. Each deployment carries a pennant — C-01 is the first Cruiser — and that identifier follows it through commissioning, the operations console and every invoice. Halls are built in 10 MW blocks against 15-year leases.
Shared hall. The smallest band offered, and the shortest path to first compute.
A single 10 MW block. The unit the build programme is sequenced around.
Multiple blocks within one thermal zone, commissioned and handed over together.
Half a hall, liquid to the rack, with the fabric specified against the tenant's workload.
A dedicated hall with its own power allocation. Anchor-tenant terms.
Capacity federated across campuses under a single offtake. Sovereign and frontier-lab scale.
Every campus runs the same six-gate commissioning programme, witnessed and evidenced at each stage, from signature to handover and into service. You see the same rail we do.
Dark subsea and carrier fibre terminates adjacent to the campus — the nearest existing subsea infrastructure is 0.8 km away. Primary and diverse routes reach Equinix MA5, Interxion/DLR and VDC CWL-1 at sub-5 ms round trip, with onward paths to the United States and mainland Europe.
Tidal and further generation offered on private wire.
Held under option, exercised at completion. Sizing in progress.
Solar and SMR nuclear offered on private wire; gas sourceable well beyond the initial build.
